[Dr. Housing Bubble Blog] Removing a generation of college educated graduates from ...: The net worth of U.S. households fell by $1.5 trillion in the second quarter of 2010. Recent data from the Fed shows that even during the recovery, U.S. households continue to move backwards in making financial progress. Who are we really kidding here? Does this feel or have the taste of a recovery to anyone? In fact, new data now coming out from the Census shows that from 2008 to 2009 the U.S. lost 1.3 million households. Thats right, because of the economy people have had to consolidate households. Yet as we will show later, much of this was shouldered by renters. Another thing that will impact the housing market going forward is the student loan bubble. That is right, higher education is in one giant inflated blue debt bubble and thankfully the mainstream media is now picking up on this. Many young potential buyers wont be able to buy a home because theoretically they already did with the cost of their education. The numbers dont look pretty for recent graduates with red all over their balance sheets before they even start their professional life.

"An overly ambitious idea that lacks a cohesive core feature set that isn't properly understood will cause redesigns and budget blowouts resulting in crunch or worse project cancellations. A better approach is to proof core gameplay features with a small experienced team early through rapid prototyping and identify what the game does and more importantly doesn't need."
